COMPOSITION
Each 1 gm. contains:
Doxycycline Hydrochloride    500 mg
PROPERTIES
Doxycycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic active against gram –ve and gram +ve bacteria. Chlamydia, Rickettsia, large Viruses and Mycoplasma. It is completely absorbed from the GIT and slowly excreted from the body via the bile and urine.
INDICATIONS
Doxycycline 50 is used in poultry for CRD treatment, E. Coli infections, Coryza, Sinusitis, Air Saculitis and Mycoplasma cases.
DOSAGE
Poultry: 40 gm/200 liters of drinking water for 5-7 days.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in kidney failure and liver cirrhosis.
Do not use in Layers.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Do not use animal products during or after last treatment for 7 days.
