COMPOSITION
Each 1 ml contains:
Florfenicol     100 mg
PROPERTIES
Florfenicol a bacteriostatic broad spectrum antibiotic active against gram –ve and gram +ve bacteria. It inhibits protein biosynthesis of the organism at the ribosomal level.
INDICATIONS
Florvet- 10 is indicated in bacterial infections associated with Pasteurella spp., E.Coli, Haemophilus spp., Klebsiella, Salmonella Typhi and Shigella. It is also indicated against some resistant bacteria.
DOSAGE
Poultry: 100 ml/100 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Stop treatment for 7 days before slaughter.
