COMPOSITION
Each 1 gm. contains:
Flumequine        200 mg
PROPERTIES
Joquin is the brand name of Flumequine, a quinolone derivative, with bacterial action against gram –ve and some gram +ve bacteria.
INDICATIONS
Joquin is indicated for the treatment of diseases caused by E. Coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella spp., and Streptococcus Spp. It is also indicated in cases of Coryza and Fowl Cholera in Poultry.
DOSAGE
Poultry: 100 gm/200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
WARNING
Do not use with Trimethoprim and Copper Sulphate compounds.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Stop treatment for 2 days before slaughter.
