COMPOSITION
Each 1 gm contains:
Neomycin Sulphate    700 mg
PROPERTIES
Neomycin is a broad spectrum antibiotic with bactericidal action against most gram –ve and some gram +ve bacteria. The efficacy of Neomycin is concentrated in the GIT due to its low absorption.
INDICATIONS
Neomycin 70 is indicated in gastrointestinal infections caused by gram –ve bacteria, such as E. Coli, Salmonella, Klebseilla and Proteus cases.
DOSAGE
Poultry: 35 gm/ 200 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Sheep and Goats: 0.5 gm/ 15 kg body weight for 4-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Do not use animal products for 5 days after last treatment.
