PROPERTIES
Spectinomycin, an aminocyclitol antibiotic which has
a very good activity against some gram-ve bacteria,
specially those responsible for gastroenteritis in newborn
lambs and kids (colibacillosis and Salmonellosis).
It is not absorbed and concentrated in the gut and reaches
quickly high levels. |

INDICATIONS
Lambs and Kids:
Prevention and treatment of infectious enteritis caused
by E.coli and Salmonella spp. |
|
|
DOSAGE
Each pump of the plunger delivers 1 ml of product,
containing 50 gm of Spectinomycin bases. |

Lamb & Kids |
|
|
Prevention : |
3 pump in single administration to the newborn after
birth. |
|
Treatment : |
2 pumps twice daily for 3-5 days. |
|
|

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Stop treatment 5 days before slaughter. |
