DESCRIPTION Gentamicin is a broad spectrum antibiotic active against
the most important gram+ve and -ve microorganisms.
It interferes with protein synthesis of bacterial cell. It
is poorly absorbed from the G.I.T. and act locally in the
intestines.
INDICATIONS
Genta 20 is indicated in cases of intestinal tract
infection and against pathogens resistant to other
antibiotics
DOSAGE
Poultry:
100 gm / 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Large animals:
10-20 mg/kg B.W twice daily for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Don't use animal products for 3 days after last treatment.
